This entry-level position earns a competitive wage of $18 - $25 per hour

• Install heating and cooling equipment as a Residential HVAC Add-On Installer.
• Install flex and sheet metal duct systems at residential locations as needed.
• Build and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with customers and team members.
• Learn new skills and take pride in delivering world-class installation services.

• Ability to learn quickly
• Mechanical inclination
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• An Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Type II certification would be a plus
• Team player, strong communication, dependable, reliable, proactive, and respectful

This position is full-time and typically works 8- to 10-hour day shifts, Monday - Friday
. There is an on-call rotation
