This entry-level role earns a competitive wage of $18.00 - $25.00/hour, depending on experience. Day to Day as a Multifamily Residential HVAC InstallerAs an entry-level Multifamily Residential HVAC Installer, you will work with your team to install heating and air conditioning equipment while delivering excellent customer service. You will service multifamily residences such as condominiums, townhouses, and apartment complexes, installing both centralized and decentralized systems and the appropriate ductwork (flex and sheet metal).
You will ensure installations follow all relevant policies and specifications, verify that systems run correctly before leaving the job site, and maintain a clean work area. You enjoy variety in your days and take pride in providing this essential service.
What We Need from a Multifamily Residential HVAC Installer- Mechanical aptitude
- Strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
HVAC experience is preferred but not required. An EPA Type II license is a bonus. A high school diploma or equivalent is also a plus. If you are motivated to learn, work well with a team, and have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, you might be a great fit.
Work ScheduleThis entry-level position typically works 8- to 10-hour shifts, Monday - Friday.
