Earn an average of $100,386 per year hauling dedicated retail freight across the western United States. This active-driving position offers weekly home time, mileage-based pay, a performance bonus, and modern automatic sleeper trucks.
Pay Details- Average Annual Pay: $100,386
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,950
- Top Annual Pay: $126,252
- Top Weekly Pay: $2,450
- Mileage pay
- Pay per load
- Safe and on-time mileage bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay
- Dedicated retail deliveries using 53-foot dry van trailers
- Deliver to customer locations across AZ, CA, CO, , MT, NE, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, and WY
- Unload trailers using rollers
- Frequent climbing in and out of the trailer is required
- Active, hands-on delivery work
- Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
- Start time: 6:00 AM
- Shifts may last up to 14 hours
- Days off vary based on freight demand and generally fall on weekdays
- Drivers living in Las Vegas will typically stay out for two weeks, followed by three days at home
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Must be comfortable unloading freight with rollers and climbing in and out of trailers
- Must be able to meet the physical demands of active delivery work
- Company-provided tandem-axle sleeper trucks
- 53-foot dry van trailers
- Modern automatic transmissions
- Mileage-based compensation with additional per-load pay
