Hybrid (2-3 days remote, on-site presence required) About the role We are looking for a Functional / Business Analyst with strong experience in the insurance sector. You will act as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that business needs are clearly translated into structured requirements and actionable deliverables. Key responsibilities Collaborate closely with business teams and IT to gather, analyze, and formalize requirements Translate business needs into BPMN diagrams and User Stories and structured documentation Translate business need into Functional requirements Define and manage backlog prioritization in alignment with stakeholders Support the implementation of solutions by defining clear deliverables and project plans Act as a bridge between non-technical business users and technical teams Ensure alignment between project objectives and business expectations Required skills & experience Proven experience as a Functional / Business Analyst in the insurance industry (mandatory)

Experience with BPMN modeling / UML modeling and requirements formalization Ability to manage and prioritize a project backlog Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders Experience working on digital transformation projects is a plus

Languages:

Idealy Trilingual profile required (e.G., English, French, Dutch or equivalent) or Fluent in french and English with passive comprehension of dutch
