Precision Metal Operator at PMB

This role, reporting to the departmental leader, involves reading and interpreting technical drawings, performing press brake setups, and ensuring high quality in all produced parts. With a focus on safety and continuous improvement, you will be expected to contribute across departments as needed. A minimum of three years' experience in bending is required, along with strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret, and implement specifications accurately

• Perform effective press brake setups and operations

• Ensure produced parts meet quality standards

• Palletize parts according to customer requirements

• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the workspace

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of bending experience

• Strong foundational math skills

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work standing

• Willingness to support multiple departments
