Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and verify vendor invoices and payments

• Maintain detailed and organized accounts payable records

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any issues

• Collaborate with teams to address invoicing discrepancies

• Assist with closing activities and financial reports month-end

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of accounts payable/receivable experience

• Preferred familiarity with Sage Intacct or equivalent software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• High school diploma required; education in finance an asset

• Attention to detail and proficiency in Excel is essential
