Job Title: Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable support clerk

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.00/hr

As an AP/AR support clerk, you will be responsible for managing the full accounts payable cycle, including the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. You will also play a key role in developing an updated process manual in digital format for each position.

• Process and verify vendor invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized records of accounts payable transactions.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoicing issues.
• Assist in month‑end closing activities and financial reporting.
• Support the implementation of process improvements for accounts payable operations.

• Experience with Sage Intacct, Sage HCM (formerly Criterion) and Track Tik is preferred or an equivalent software.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable / receivable or a similar finance role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma required; post‑secondary education in finance or accounting is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
