, our Accounting Clerk does more than balance numbers. They help keep our dealership running smoothly, support our teams, and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience behind the scenes. Accuracy, organization, and strong financial processes are essential to our success, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team.

As an Accounting Clerk
, you will support a variety of accounting functions including transaction posting, reconciliations, deal processing, and reporting. Working closely with multiple departments and leadership, you'll help ensure financial information is accurate, timely, and aligned with dealership operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Schedule, post and reconcile transactions across multiple systems
• Daily and monthly reporting
• Supporting interdepartmental processes and maintaining strong working relationships
• Assisting with inventory tracking and quality control measures
• Posting and reporting vehicle deals accurately and efficiently
• Managing accounts receivable and balancing general ledger accounts
• Completing daily cash reporting and supporting accounts payable functions
• Providing ongoing support to the Controller and accounting team as needed

• Post secondary education in accounting or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in a high volume environment
• Automotive or dealership experience considered a strong asset
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with computerized accounting systems
• A team first mindset with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
