Automotive Accounting Clerk

Apply accounting fundamentals and Excel skills as an Accounting Clerk supporting Kings Mazda in Saint John, New Brunswick. Help maintain accurate dealership financial operations.
Steele Auto Group is seeking an Accounting Clerk with at least one year of Canadian accounting experience. You will support multiple New Brunswick dealerships through transaction posting, account reconciliation, AP and AR, cash reporting, and vehicle deal balancing. The position works closely with Controllers and dealership teams while following defined processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily accounting operations across multiple dealerships
Post and reconcile financial transactions accurately
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Complete cash reporting and bank reconciliations
Post and balance vehicle deals
Requirements:
Minimum one year of Canadian accounting experience
Understanding of debits, credits, and accounting fundamentals

Experience with accounts payable or accounts receivable
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience using computerized accounting systems
Bring detailed accounting, reconciliation, and dealership support skills to Kings Mazda and Steele Auto Group in Saint John.
