You will support multiple New Brunswick dealerships through accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and vehicle deal balancing. The position suits someone organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working independently with dealership teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Support daily accounting operations across multiple dealerships
- Post and reconcile financial transactions accurately
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Complete cash reporting and bank reconciliations
- Post and balance vehicle deals
- Minimum one year Canadian accounting experience
- Strong understanding of debits and credits
- Experience with accounts payable or receivable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience using computerized accounting systems
