Accounts Payable Receivable Clerk

Manage vendor invoices and payments as an Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk in Saint John, NB, using Sage Intacct and Excel.

This full-time AP/AR support clerk position manages accounts payable processes and supports related accounting activities. You will verify invoices, maintain vendor records, reconcile statements, communicate about billing issues, and help update digital process manuals. The work also includes reporting, reconciliations, closing support, and financial controls.

• Process and verify vendor invoices and payments accurately
• Maintain vendor information and accounts payable records
• Reconcile statements and resolve payment discrepancies
• Monitor due dates and prepare payment summaries
• Support Sage Intacct, Sage HCM, and Track Tik

• At least one year of related finance experience
• Knowledge of invoice processing and vendor reconciliations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• High school diploma required; accounting education is an asset
• Accuracy, organization, communication, and discretion
