JOB PURPOSE
The Administrative Support – Non Clinical is responsible for administrative support for a department or program.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school graduation plus an additional administrative support program of over 6 months duration plus one year of related experience OR five (5) years of recent experience (within the last 8 years) as a 1021, shall be considered as equivalent.
- Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
- Ability to perform the duties of the position.
- Demonstrated proficiency verified by testing in:
- Data Entry 4000 KSPH
- Typing 45 WPM (General)
- Excel 50%
- Outlook 50%
- Word 50%
- PowerPoint 50%
