For over 45 years, Fundy Fencing Limited has been a trusted leader in fencing solutions throughout New Brunswick. Based in Saint John, we proudly provide year-round installation, service, and products to commercial, municipal, government, construction, and residential clients.

We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Construction Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team in a full‑time, permanent role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing projects from concept to completion while building strong client relationships in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site visits throughout Southern New Brunswick for estimates and project inspections
  • Read plans and complete material take‑offs
  • Prepare quotations, tenders, and bid submissions
  • Coordinate crews, schedules, and job‑site activities
  • Ensure safety standards and quality control measures are maintained
  • Manage inventory and project materials
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and process client orders
  • Oversee projects from initial estimate through final completion
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and follow‑up
Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings a combination of technical knowledge, leadership, and strong organizational skills, including:

  • Minimum 2 years of industry experience
  • Supervisory and/or management experience
  • Business Degree, Civil Engineering Technology diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills (bilingualism considered an asset)
  • Professional attitude with the ability to perform well under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Sales experience and/or construction industry experience preferred
