Step into a crucial role as a Construction Assistant with Advantage Personnel in Saint John, NB. We are hiring for full and part-time shifts for experienced laborers ready to tackle demanding tasks.
This position entails supporting construction projects by moving materials, assisting skilled tradespersons, and enduring physical demands. Candidates must be fit to lift materials regularly and work on their feet. Previous experience in construction labor is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently load and unload construction materials
• Relocate materials to various work areas
• Construct and tear down concrete forms and scaffolding
• Assist in demolition work using hand tools
• Organize and clean up salvaged materials on site
Requirements:
• Experience in construction labor is desirable
• Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
• Willing to stand and bend for long durations
• Follow safety protocols and wear required safety gear
