Position: Site Coordinator for Campus Projects
Shape the University of New Brunswick’s campus as a Site Coordinator, where you will oversee project implementations and enhance our environment. Collaborate with diverse departments and manage timely project execution.

In this full-time position, located on-campus in Saint John, you will report to the Project Manager and be instrumental in developing initial estimates and designs while ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders. Your expertise will facilitate effective management of resources and provide vital updates to project timelines and requirements, contributing to a safe and accessible space for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present project estimates and designs

• Coordinate materials, trades, and contractor activities

• Conduct frequent site visits to monitor progress

• Manage project budgets and compliance documentation

• Report project status regularly to supervisors and clients

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years in project management roles

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience in administering multi-disciplinary projects

• Safety training in construction applicable to university settings
