In this position, candidates with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience will excel in preparing accurate estimates for labor and materials. You will be responsible for creating pre-qualification submissions, elemental format estimates, and advising on tendering procedures while employing tools such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare labor and material cost estimates
• Create pre-qualification submissions for clients
• Develop elemental format estimates (Classes B, C,
D)
• Analyze tenders and recommend contract awards
• Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems
Requirements:
• Completed secondary school graduation certificate
• 2-3 years of experience in estimating
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word
• Attention to detail in all reports
• Strong client-focused communication skills
