Become a valuable team member as a Construction Estimator. Leverage your estimating expertise to prepare detailed cost analyses for construction projects.
As a Junior Estimator, you will need 2 to 3 years of experience in preparing estimates for labor and materials. You will be engaged in creating detailed reports, analyzing tenders, and advising on tendering processes while effectively using AutoCAD and MS tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare estimates for material and labor costs
• Create detailed bids and quote sheets
• Advise on tendering procedures
• Set up monitoring and reporting systems for costs
• Maintain a directory of supplies and contractors
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate required
• 2-3 years estimating experience
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Word
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Contribute your analytical skills and organized approach to ensure project success in the construction field.
