This full-time role in our Roadside Contact Center is ideal for those who enjoy helping others through direct interaction. You will utilize digital mapping tools to assist members accurately while managing inbound calls and clerical duties. Collaborating with your team will help create a seamless experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently answer incoming roadside assistance calls

• Coordinate assistance with service providers using mapping solutions

• Provide clear answers to membership inquiries

• Maintain thorough clerical documentation

• Work collaboratively on a shift rotation schedule

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Bilingual (English/French) is necessary

• Experience in customer service is a plus

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and technology

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
