Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls for roadside assistance

• Assist with call-back requests promptly

• Provide information addressing general membership inquiries

• Complete required clerical paperwork accurately

• Collaborate with team members during shifts

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in customer service, including volunteer work

• Proficient with digital mapping tools

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
