This front-line role is all about addressing member inquiries and ensuring they maximize their CAA memberships. You will assist with everything from travel inquiries to membership updates, all while interacting via phone and email. Enjoy a flexible schedule that lets you work between 8 am and 7 pm weekdays.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist members with various membership-related requests
• Promote benefits and help with hotel reservations
• Provide guidance on understanding CAA dollars
• Facilitate member logins for My Account
• Conduct regular cash handling activities
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong communication skills are a must
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Tech-savvy with multiple applications
• Flexible availability including some Saturdays
Utilize your language skills to foster member relationships and enhance their experiences with CAA benefits.
