You will handle inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing, maintaining a seamless flow in service delivery. Your organizational skills and team spirit will greatly enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer requests for parts availability
• Process credits and maintain special order files
• Respond swiftly to high volumes of customer emails
• Provide solutions for customer issues in real time
• Ensure accurate reporting on customer service metrics
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service needed
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent math skills for invoicing
• Able to foster positive customer relationships
