Steele Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor who values building long-term customer relationships and resolving concerns. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for service, ensuring customers are informed throughout the repair process. You will communicate recommendations and estimates while maintaining visitor confidence in their vehicle's care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Listen to customer descriptions and diagnose vehicle issues
• Verify warranty coverage and explain provisions
• Generate accurate repair estimates for services needed
• Prepare detailed repair orders with required actions
• Cultivate customer relationships through effective communication
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Teamwork-oriented approach to service delivery
• Valid driver’s license with a good record
