Position: YMCA Guest Services and Rentals Staff
Step into a vital role at YMCA of Southwestern New Brunswick as Guest Services and Rentals Staff. Create memorable experiences for members and visitors at the Irving Oil Field House.

As the first point of contact, you will provide essential information about YMCA services while ensuring facility readiness for events. Interact with the community to promote inclusivity and maintain the Y's high standards. You’ll manage setup logistics, coordinate with sports groups, and assist with member services for a well-rounded guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate rental setups for events and activities

• Manage transitions between different user groups

• Provide friendly and informative service to visitors

• Address member inquiries and concerns promptly

• Maintain facility safety and cleanliness standards

Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferable

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Organizational skills to manage rental logistics

• Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts

• Willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR certification
