• Provide status updates to Operations Managers
• Maintain call center metrics for service efficiency
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of dispatch experience or similar
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Organizational and analytical abilities
• Knowledge of building codes and gas codes
• Team-oriented mindset with shared responsibility
