Position: Engaging Youth Mentor for Special Needs
Become a mentor for youth with special needs, leading recreational activities and skill development. Support participants ages 6-17 in a safe and positive environment.

This full-time youth mentor role focuses on creating a nurturing environment for young individuals. You’ll organize activities like skating and canoeing, facilitating opportunities for youth to develop critical social and life skills through effective coaching and support. Your leadership will foster inclusivity among all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan activities for skill development

• Facilitate safe recreational programs

• Encourage personal growth and teamwork

• Support the development of leadership skills

• Maintain a fun and inclusive atmosphere

Requirements:

• Completed Grade 12

• 1–2 years working with youth

• Preferred experience in coaching

• Ability to create a safe space

• Passion for youth engagement
