Reporting directly to the Dean of Business, you will take charge of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall student experience. With a strong background in post-secondary education and student engagement, your leadership will guide a committed team in developing programs that foster belonging and community connections among students. Your strategic insights will shape policies that drive student retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee development of strategic plans to improve student experience

• Implement mechanisms for continuous student feedback

• Coordinate experiential activities from orientation to graduation

• Lead networking events to build community among stakeholders

• Analyze student satisfaction data for policy improvements

Requirements:

• MBA or equivalent in a related field

• 7+ years in student experience roles

• Demonstrated project management expertise

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Experience in community engagement initiatives
