In your role as Integrated Student Experience Leader, you will report to the Dean and guide efforts to enhance overall student satisfaction and success. Your experience in higher education will enable you to oversee a team working on various student support services. Utilizing your keen insight into best practices, you will create compelling programs that support diverse student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate strategic plans to improve student experiences

• Spearhead initiatives for employer engagement and community building

• Organize professional development activities and social events

• Mentor the team to build a collaborative environment

• Utilize data analysis to inform improvements in policies

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in business or related area

• Over 7 years of relevant experience

• Proven project management skills

• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities

• Advocacy for diversity and inclusion in education
