Take the next step in your career as an Assistant Principal with teaching duties s full-time position allows you to lead educational initiatives from September 2026 through June 2027.

This role is integral to advancing student success and fostering a collaborative atmosphere among staff and the community. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee teaching improvement and responsive learning strategies

• Develop and manage school staffing and finances

• Lead performance evaluations for educational staff

• Promote safe, inclusive, and culturally rich environments

• Encourage the development of future school leaders

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education and Master's degree necessary

• Valid NL Teaching Certificate needed

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders

• Experience in problem-solving educational challenges
