Director of Electromechanical Training at Techo-Bloc

Lead the creation of a groundbreaking technical academy at Techo-Bloc in North America. In this full-time role, you'll design and implement the entire framework for electromechanical training and certification.

As the Head of Electromechanical Training & Certification, you will establish a four-level competency model and develop hands-on assessments. Your leadership will ensure technicians advance through tailored training programs, reducing downtime across our plants. This position spans both strategic program design and practical implementation, critical for the ongoing development of our maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design a comprehensive four-level certification framework

• Author written tests and practical assessments

• Create and maintain a training calendar for all sites

• Deliver training sessions in person and remotely

• Track training performance and certification progress

Requirements:

• 10+ years in industrial maintenance or automation

• 5+ years leading technical training programs

• Expertise in PLCs and electrical systems

• Proven experience building training frameworks

• Bilingual in French and English
