This role involves managing two engineering teams focused on deploying scalable automation solutions that deliver significant business impact. You’ll define technical strategies, promote collaboration with Product, Data Science, and Operations, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor engineering teams in AI workflow automation initiatives

• Develop and execute a robust technical strategy

• Drive collaboration for AI-powered enhancements with various teams

• Track and measure engineering impact using data insights

• Enhance engineering processes promoting system reliability

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, at least 3 in management

• Proven ability to scale teams and projects successfully

• Technical experience in backend systems or AI/ML

• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
