• Independent design of technology systems, consulting subject matter experts as needed.
• Advanced skills in one IMIT discipline related to ICAT industry.
• General construction administration with minimal senior guidance.
• Preparation of plans, designs, calculations, and cost estimates for medium‑size projects.
• Assessment of design constructability and editing of specifications with support from senior designers.
• Management and prioritization of own project activities to meet deadlines.
• Development of standards and reports with moderate guidance.
• Application of appropriate tools and methodologies (advanced Revit, working knowledge of AutoCAD, HHA Drawing Standards, etc.).
• Ensuring technical accuracy and competency of design details.
• Other duties as required.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years engineering consulting experience an asset.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Forward‑thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.
• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
• Good accuracy and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Passionate about the application of digital technology in complex facilities and the built environment.

The expected salary for this role is between $80,000‑$101,000 annually. Base salaries are determined considering several factors such as skills and competencies, experience, education, and internal and external competitiveness.
