Our client is seeking a Senior Project Leader/Executive to deliver expertise in advisory and project leadership roles. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of ten years of experience in areas such as military training systems, infrastructure, and organizational design. Additionally, candidates should have a NATO Secret security clearance and be proficient in organizational modeling and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic advice to senior government officials

• Conduct organizational and staffing reviews and analyses

• Prepare key project documentation for approval

• Support military training capabilities and modernization initiatives

• Engage in project delivery models and simulation evaluations

Requirements:

• Minimum of ten years of experience in related projects

• NATO Secret clearance required

• Proven track record in advisory roles

• Experience with various project document types

• Ability to travel for on-site engagements
