As part of the Energy and Resources team, you'll coordinate teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Your role will also involve preparing specifications and technical reports while engaging directly with clients and stakeholders to meet their needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams effectively

• Design and develop specifications for substation equipment

• Mentor junior engineers in technical and professional growth

• Review compliance with standards and client specifications

• Conduct site visits for project assessments and client interactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in relevant fields

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration required

• Proficient in electrical codes and standards

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

• Valid driver’s license and travel readiness
