Salon Manager

Bubbles Haircare is seeking a Salon Manager to lead our Saint John salon. This role is responsible for day-to-day operations, team leadership, inventory management and ensuring a consistently positive experience for both clients and staff.

• Experience in a salon environment (licensed stylist is a strong asset)
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience
• Confident, organized, and comfortable taking initiative
• Someone who enjoys working with kids and families
• A team-focused leader who brings energy and accountability

• Leading day-to-day salon operations (scheduling, staffing, and flow)
• Coaching, supporting, and developing your team
• Delivering an exceptional experience for kids and families
  
  Managing inventory and maintaining an organized, efficient space
• Handling client questions and resolving issues with professionalism
• Providing regular updates to the Owner on operations and key prioritie

If you're a licensed stylist, you'll also spend time behind the chair.

Full‑Time, Permanent, In‑person

Approximately 30+ hours per week, with availability Wednesday through Sunday

$23-$25/hr
