Position: Bilingual HR Generalist for CCS
Take on a pivotal role as a Bilingual HR Generalist with the Canadian Cancer Society, working in a hybrid environment. You'll provide HR guidance, manage employee relations, and support talent acquisition efforts.

This contract position requires a proactive HR professional with 3-5 years of experience across the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities include advising on HR policies, coordinating onboarding, and overseeing accommodation requests. You'll also help implement core HR programs while ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line HR advisory support to employees

• Facilitate HR policy interpretation and compliance

• Support employee relations and conflict resolution

• Coordinate employee onboarding and exit processes

• Manage accommodation requests and monitor implementation

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of HR experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

• Bilingual in French and English

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment tasks
