Job Description  The Systems Specialist is a collaborative and key member of the team who will deliver expert-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual desktop environments. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of driving innovation to enhance user experience and optimize efficiency in dynamic environments.

This position requires full-time on-site presence.
Responsibilities   Administer and optimize Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019 and related collaboration tools
Manage and enhance endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune and SCCM
Deploy and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure for scalable remote access
Build and maintain secure, standardized OS images and software packages
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce endpoint protection and compliance policies
Lead or contribute to IT projects such as hardware refreshes, OS upgrades, and application rollouts
Document technical procedures and contribute to internal knowledge bases
Mentor junior IT staff and provide Tier 3 escalation support
Partner with business units to deliver timely, process-driven tech solutions aligned with ITIL standards
Stay current with EUC trends and recommend suggestions for improvements
Qualifications

Education Required:

A university degree, college diploma or a related discipline
3-8 years of experience in IT Environments (Systems)
Knowledge/Experience in:
Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and SCCM
Knowledge/Experience in Cloud Platforms such as Azure
Effective customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail while being able to pivot to changing priorities
Work well in a collaborative environment
Bonus:
ITIL Foundations Certification
Six Sigma – Yellow Belt Certification
