Gemini Enterprise Architect

We are looking for a Gemini Enterprise Architect to define and lead enterprise‑scale adoption of Gemini across business functions. This role will establish reference architectures, governance models, and scalable patterns for deploying agentic AI systems using Google Cloud.

• Architect end‑to‑end Gemini‑powered solutions using Vertex AI, data platforms, and enterprise integrations
• Configure enterprise data connectors (SharePoint Online, Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Service Now, Box, etc.)
• Define reference architectures for RAG, grounding, fine‑tuning, and multimodal AI systems.
• Architect and lead the design of agentic AI systems and workflows using frameworks such as ADK, Lang Graph, and CrewAI, defining scalable patterns for orchestration, tool integration, and multi‑agent collaboration, while establishing interoperability standards leveraging emerging protocols like A2A and MCP.
• Establish enterprise standards for prompt design, evaluation, observability, and lifecycle management
• Ensure responsible AI adoption—security, compliance, data privacy, and governance
• Align Gemini capabilities with business strategy and drive AI platform adoption across teams
• Guide engineering teams on scalability, cost optimization, and performance tuning

• Deep expertise in Google Cloud architecture, especially Vertex AI and data ecosystem
• Strong understanding of Gemini capabilities (multimodal, long context, reasoning, tool use)
• Experience designing enterprise AI/ML platforms and large‑scale distributed systems
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in AI systems
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive transformation

• Experience with enterprise AI transformation programs
• Familiarity with hybrid/multi‑cloud AI architectures
• Strong thought leadership in agentic AI and next‑gen application design
