Position: Senior Workday Integrations Consultant Needed

In this position, you will manage the deployment and support of Workday applications, ensuring quality and efficiency across various projects. Engage collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and execute solution strategies while mentoring your colleagues in the process. As a part of Strada’s consulting team, you will contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead Workday application deployments and integrations

• Manage project timelines, risks, and budgets effectively

• Facilitate client conversations regarding solutions and practices

• Guide team members in project methodologies

• Enhance Strada’s internal resources and branding efforts

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience required

• 4+ years in Workday Integrations and consulting

• Proven problem-solving and initiative skills

• Strong presentation and communication capabilities

• Required Workday Integrations certification
