SME Coordination

  • Use AI tools to synthesize and structure raw SME input—such as call recordings, documentation, or rough notes—into draft lesson content ready for review
Content Workflow, Tools & LMS
  • Work within established workflows across Jira, Google Drive, and authoring tools; maintain adherence to team standards, naming conventions, and file structures
  • Perform routine LMS administration within Redwood University to support content organization, updates, and system accuracy

  • Strong ability to structure and organize complex information into clear, learner‑friendly content
  • Experience creating storyboards and instructional design documentation
  • Hands‑on experience using AI tools professionally to support content creation, research, or productivity workflows
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with subject matter experts and cross‑functional teams
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience designing training for SaaS, enterprise software, or technical products is preferred
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM‑based content delivery is preferred
