In this long-term role, you will facilitate Scrum processes and coach teams in Agile and SAFe methodologies. Collaboration with stakeholders and product owners will be essential as you define roadmaps and drive AI transformation initiatives using Microsoft AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead agile delivery for Microsoft AI ecosystem projects
• Facilitate Scrum processes and coach teams in best practices
• Collaborate to create roadmaps and align deliverables
• Coordinate with enterprise teams and Microsoft AI products
• Drive AI transformation initiatives across the organization
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI platforms
• Knowledge of Scrum and SAFe methodologies
• Strong skills in stakeholder collaboration
• Background in delivering enterprise AI solutions
• Familiarity with SAP Hybris or eCommerce platforms is a plus
