AI Scrum Master

Seeking an AI Scrum Master with a strong background in the Microsoft AI ecosystem for a long-term position in Saint John, New Brunswick. Lead AI-driven Agile delivery using Microsoft technologies and methodologies.
This role requires expertise in various Microsoft tools including Microsoft Azure AI Foundry, Azure Cognitive Search, and the Microsoft Power Platform. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate stakeholder collaboration and ensure effective delivery of enterprise AI solutions. Your skills in Scrum and SAFe methodologies will be pivotal for driving AI transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and Scrum practices

• Collaborate with stakeholders for effective product delivery

• Drive AI transformation initiatives within teams

• Utilize Azure services for project completion

• Support the team in best practices and continuous improvement
Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master

• Solid understanding of Microsoft AI ecosystem

• Familiarity with Azure services and AI-driven solutions

• Knowledge of Scrum / SAFe methodologies

• Additional exposure to SAP Hybris is a plus
