Note:
A Tech Delivery/Project Manager with a solid history of software delivery and demonstrated people management. Must have good communication skills for stakeholder/client management, the energy and attitude to be a supportive leader and manager for their squad, and be proactive, critically thinking, and organized to balance the delivery of concurrent features. While agile delivery is part of the job, this is not a scrum master role.
The position exists to provide strong delivery and people leadership for a critical pillar of a premium software and digital campaign ecosystem. This role leads cross‑functional technical teams through the full lifecycle of intake, design, development, delivery, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring high‑quality execution aligned with business and customer goals.
This position goes beyond traditional project management. It blends delivery leadership, people management, and operational excellence to enable self‑directed teams to thrive while delivering complex, API‑driven software solutions at scale.
What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)- 7+ years of experience in software product development, preferably within martech or platform‑based environments
- 3+ years leading delivery of API‑driven software and services using Agile and Waterfall frameworks
- 1+ years of direct people management experience leading technical teams, with a strong focus on coaching, growth, and performance
- Advanced project management expertise, including estimation, scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Strong experience using workflow and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder, partner, and client‑facing interactions
- Working knowledge of Git and collaborative Git workflows
- Ability to validate software functionality through API testing or mobile applications when required
- Gain deep understanding of the software platform and ecosystem to confidently represent delivery needs, requirements, and solutions
- Lead delivery of a key product roadmap pillar, partnering closely with technical leads to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness
- Directly manage engineers and test analysts, fostering growth, engagement, and team performance
- Own end‑to‑end project management including estimates, schedules, sprint planning, reporting, risk tracking, post‑mortems, and financial accountability
- Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients on scope, timelines, status, and budget
- Coordinate effectively across cross‑functional teams including architecture, UX, product, QA, infrastructure, and external partners
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies across upstream and downstream teams
- Champion team processes, delivery frameworks, and continuous improvement practices
- Advocate for your team by celebrating wins, sharing learnings, and promoting successes across the organization
