Onsite AI Scrum Master

Lead AI-driven projects as an AI Scrum Master in Saint John City, Canada. This long-term position requires hands-on expertise with Microsoft AI platforms and Agile methodologies.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing enterprise AI solution delivery using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, and Scrum/SAFe methodologies. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of AI solutions in an onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects utilizing Microsoft AI platforms and tools

• Drive Agile delivery through Scrum and SAFe methodologies

• Collaborate with stakeholders on product development

• Ensure enterprise AI solutions are delivered effectively

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Strong experience in the Microsoft ecosystem

• Proven track record in AI transformation initiatives

• Exposure to SAP Hybris/eCommerce platforms is preferred

• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
