Position: IT Infrastructure Senior Manager Role
Shape IT service delivery as the Senior Manager of IT Infrastructure at Irving Oil, coordinating teams across Canada, the US, and Ireland. Strive for operational excellence while fostering collaboration.

Your management of End User Services, Service Desk, and Endpoint Management will support Irving Oil's technology objectives. You will ensure alignment with cybersecurity standards and corporate priorities, driving a seamless employee technology experience through consistent governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead international teams in service delivery and management

• Establish operational processes and technology governance

• Oversee telecommunications, collaboration tools, and endpoint services

• Manage implementation of physical security technologies

• Provide strategic direction for IT service desk operations

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline

• At least 10 years of IT experience with 5 years in management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of cybersecurity and vulnerability management

• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
