In this contract role at Service New Brunswick, you'll leverage a background in Project Management to enhance the Clinical Information Solution's user experience. Your responsibilities will include engaging clinicians, streamlining service desk operations, and managing critical improvement initiatives. This position necessitates traveling to New Brunswick monthly while adhering to an Atlantic Time schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit clinical user experience requirements from diverse settings

• Redesign and streamline IT service desk processes

• Manage project improvement initiatives to enhance user experience

• Collaborate with clinicians, vendors, and IT teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field

• Minimum of three years in project management

• Three years experience in service desk optimization

• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience

• Engagement experience with front-line clinicians
