Transform financial data into insights as an Associate Data Analyst with J.D. Irving on an 8-month contract. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data governance and analytics.

As an Associate Data Analyst in the Finance team, your role focuses on delivering data-driven solutions while supporting stakeholders across various financial sectors. You will partner closely with finance teams, educate them on analytical practices, and leverage tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx. Your work will enable better decision-making and enhance data quality and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver data-driven solutions with finance and business stakeholders

• Educate on analytics tools and best practices for decision making

• Define Key Performance Indicators to reflect financial health

• Analyze complex financial datasets to uncover insights

• Design dashboards and reports for monitoring financial performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in finance, data analytics, or related field

• 2+ years in data analytics or business analysis

• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL

• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset

• Understanding of ERP tools considered an asset
