Salary range (but not limited to): 45,200 - 55,200

Incentive plan Annual bonus: 5% target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to 200% (subject to personal and company performance)

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location etc.

The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles.

However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We’re looking for an Administrative Support to work in our Saint John, NB office on a permanent full-time basis and join our growing team!

• Manage correspondence and ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
• Transcribe data from documents or databases using standardized practices.
• Respond to a variety of requests.
• Support projects or new initiatives as requested.
• Prepare and implement paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts.
• Confirm that the company, producer commission, named insured and address are correct in Epic.
• Update Epic, and send to insured.
• Prepare bonds, liability cards, finance contracts, certificates of insurance and binders, as requested.
• Send insured request for information, including but not limited request for signed applications, questionnaires, drivers lists, etc.
• Provide Account Manager policy documents for review.
• Follow Service Standards.
• Prepare renewal worksheet and update apps in Epic in preparation for Producer meetings.
• Follow-up with the insurer or insured on outstanding endorsements or information requests.
• Miscellaneous activities and other related duties as may be required that assist the Account Managers and Producers in their roles.
• Assure requests for information are completed in a timely manner.

• Knowledge of Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Principles is an asset
• Experience on EPIC or equivalent insurance management system an asset
• Proactive and client focused approach with strong phone etiquette
