Cooke is seeking a Senior Buyer to support procurement activities essential to our operations. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Procurement, you'll lead supplier evaluations and commercial negotiations while ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.

Your role will significantly impact our capital projects and operational goals, all while utilizing tools like D365 and Power BI for insightful analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier evaluations effectively

• Manage supplier relationships for quality and compliance

• Monitor market conditions to understand cost drivers

• Provide expediting support to meet operational goals

• Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and negotiate terms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• Minimum 5 years in procurement or supply chain

• Knowledge of procurement processes and international logistics

• Experience with capital asset acquisition programs

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and analytical tools
