Facility Controls and Maintenance Technician

Execute maintenance and control duties as a Facility Technician. Focus on preventive maintenance and advanced troubleshooting across various electronic systems and safety protocols.

In this role, you will support maintenance activities for control systems within the facility. Expect to troubleshoot equipment and perform thorough inspections while documenting technical data for analysis.

Your role involves ensuring the integrity of fire detection and HVAC systems, crucial for safe operational capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance and monthly equipment checks

• Troubleshoot using electronic schematics and drawings

• Read PLC ladder logic for fault resolution

• Analyze technical data for system performance

• Interface with customers and collaborate with various teams

Requirements:

• BS or HS degree with relevant experience

• Experience in electronic troubleshooting and maintenance

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License

• Background check clearance needed for US Citizens

• Familiarity with MS Office and MAXIMO required
