Saint John Maintenance Worker Position

Become a key player in property upkeep as a Maintenance Worker in Saint John, New Brunswick. This role focuses on daily maintenance tasks and enhancing customer safety and satisfaction.

We're searching for a detail-oriented Maintenance Worker to support our client's team. In this full-time position, you will conduct daily property inspections, respond to maintenance requests, and uphold a clean environment. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough daily inspections of the property

• Notify supervisor of maintenance needs promptly

• Monitor health & safety concerns and respond appropriately

• Clear entrances and walkways of ice and snow

• Maintain litter receptacles and property cleanliness

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License required

• At least 1 year of related experience preferred

• Knowledge of trade or HVAC is an asset

• Ability to operate power tools is beneficial

• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
